Natural Solutions for You is a fun filled and informative two hour class aimed at giving you the information and resources you need to be able to produce your own natural treatments such as: facial masks, skin cleansers, exfoliating scrubs, lotions and a blemish reducer. Class includes: discussion, demonstrations, recipes, samples, ingredients and packaging supplier information. $125

This interactive class is an excellent source of information for young ladies getting ready for prom,
senior pictures, graduation and evening makeup.
Beauty Teen Advanced is a 90 minute class that teaches advanced makeup application. $40
Beauty Teen Basics 
This fun and interactive class teaches young ladies, ages 13 – 18, about makeup products and application, skin care, organic hair care and personal hygiene. The information offered at this 90 minute class will teach students simple beautification techniques that will last them a lifetime! $25

This is a fun and interactive, 90 minute class that teaches young ladies, ages 9 – 12, about skin care, hygiene,
and age appropriate makeup application. The information offered in class will teach students simple
beautification techniques and skills that will last a lifetime. Beauty Tween Basics is the perfect solution to starting your daughter off right with their own personal skin care routine. $25
Brush Talk
Having the right tool makes any job easier and makeup artistry is no different. Brush Talk is a one hour class that provides detailed information about cosmetic brushes. Class discussion includes: value vs. price, manufacturing techniques, a description of the different types of hair available, specialized shapes, and also how to properly care for your brushes. $20
Business Class Thinking of owning your own retail business? Organization and planning are needed. This 60 minute course discusses the following topics: choosing your business structure, filing government forms, legal issues, choosing a location, negotiating a lease, subleasing, budget requirements, commercial insurance, advertising avenues, retail pricing, consignment contracts, private label products, fixtures and displays, trade shows, and additional business resources. This class is designed to help enthusiastic entrepreneurs focus and achieve their goals by offering a wealth of information to get started. $25
Chemical Sensitivities

This one hour class will discuss what being chemically sensitive is, ways to identify it, and ways to prevent it.
Even if you do not personally suffer you may learn that you are actually inflicting unintentional damage
to those that do. This is an eye opening discussion that will directly benefit your health.
FYI- Did you know that Europe has stricter standards on what chemicals can be used in personal care products? They do not allow chemicals that could possibly cause cancer in humans, the U.S. does.

The Mineral Makeup Trend Fun and informative! A one hour class discussing the impact mineral makeup is having in the beauty industry. Discussion includes: an explanation of the manufacturing process, description of uses, health benefits, pros and cons of application, product performance, and comparisons to conventional cosmetic products. $20
Professional Makeup Application 
Everyone is a symbol of beauty and it is your mission to find their attributes and disguise their flaws. For the professional makeup artist working with the skin provides a large array of variables that must be dealt with in a moments notice. This class represents the Myka philosophy and practice of Makeup Artistry Instruction; it deals with thinking on your feet and disguising those problematic areas on demand, whether you are working a photo shoot, fashion show or at a department store counter. Demonstration includes using a variety of ordinary cosmetic products, along with the Myka Powdered Makeup Collection and Luxury Spa Products.
This is an advanced and interactive 2 hour class. $100
Natural Solutions for Professionals
Using only natural ingredients is very important to some customers. Learn how to prepare natural treatments such as: exfoliating scrubs, facial masks, massage oils, skin cleansers, lotions and a blemish reducer for your customers. This class is offered to professionals only and focuses on wholesale purchases, packaging, pricing and presentation. Natural Solutions for Professionals is an eventful class filled with recipes and demonstrations for incorporating the use and sale of natural products in your spa or salon. $150
Special F/X Special Effects Makeup Training Courses

Stage One: Burns, Bruises, Cuts, Scrapes, Pimples, Scars, Shading
You will spend approximately 10 hours of class time learning how to utilize a bruise wheel, shading and other makeup techniques plus make a scar tray complete with lacerations, horns and gunshot wounds.
Kit and materials are provided. $450
Stage Two: Bald Cap, Face Casts, Prosthetics
Stage One training is required to take this advanced course. You will spend approximately 25 hours
learning this trade. Life Casting Kit and tools are provided. $900
